Fraud Risk Management Senior Manager

About the role

This role provides business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex fraud matters and implications of risk decisions
• Lead enterprise fraud strategy and incident response initiatives
• Introduce effective changes through enterprise partnerships
• Manage FRRM team performance and development
• Represent the company’s fraud interests in industry forums
• Oversee fraud technical analytics to optimize data usage
• Design and deploy AI/ML-driven fraud prevention strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fraud risk management or related field
• Strong background in fraud analytics and detection
• CFE certification preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional teams globally
• Prioritization of complex projects and driving strategic initiatives

Pay

$110,000 – $160,000 annually
