About the role? But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. We have overview description: could be "About the role" or maybe "Overview". But they said use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Probably we should use those exact headings when applicable. Let's decide: - About the role: could contain the overview paragraph about Old National Bank and the role description? The overview includes company description and commitment. Might fit. - Responsibilities: include the responsibilities paragraph and key accountabilities (maybe as list). We'll list duties. - Qualifications: include qualifications and education requirements. - Skills: maybe include key competencies? Those are competencies like Promotes Change, Strategy in Action, etc. Could be considered Skills. - Benefits: include medical, dental, vision, 401K, continuing education, employee assistance, Impact Network Groups. - Pay: include salary range. - Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So only include sections where we have real content. We must use
