Fraud Investigator

Vaco Atlanta is hiring Fraud Investigators to support a high-volume fraud operations team during the busy holiday season.

About the role

In this role, you'll investigate suspicious transactions, identify fraud trends, monitor real-time transaction queues, resolve high-risk alerts, and help protect customers from fraudulent activity.

Requirements

• 1+ year of fraud investigation, loss prevention, or investigative experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, e-commerce, retail, or financial crimes
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• AML/SAR experience is a plus but not required
