Vaco Atlanta is hiring Fraud Investigators to support a high-volume fraud operations team during the busy holiday season.
About the role
In this role, you'll investigate suspicious transactions, identify fraud trends, monitor real-time transaction queues, resolve high-risk alerts, and help protect customers from fraudulent activity.
Location: Vinings
Onsite: Hybrid
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 4-6 months
Requirements
- 1+ year of fraud investigation, loss prevention, or investigative experience
- Experience in banking, financial services, e-commerce, retail, or financial crimes
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- AML/SAR experience is a plus but not required
