About the role

The Fraud and Dispute Resolution Analyst will monitor, investigate, and respond to fraudulent activity and disputed transactions within the bank, including both in-person and electronic transactions.

Working conditions: Indoors, environmentally controlled. Usual office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.
