Job Summary
Heitmeyer Consulting is hiring a Fraud Alert Analyst to work on fraud alerts and make quick determinations.
About the role
Pittsburgh, PA - mix of on-site and remote work aligned to schedule.
Responsibilities
- Analyze fraud alerts coming into the queue
- Make determination if it’s fraud and flag accordingly
- Escalate flagged cases to the investigation team for further review
- Work independently with your own queue of fraud alerts
- Need good time management skills
Requirements
- 2 years experience within Fraud environment or bank branch network
- Strong attention to detail
- Can make quick decisions and is a fast learner
- Good time management skills and can work independently
- Self-starter with strong initiative and willingness to get the job done with minimal oversight
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience with Actimize fraud tool
