Franchise Sales Director

About the role

This position manages and facilitates the sales process for My Palce Hotels of America franchise agreements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify franchising opportunities.
• Coordinate and lead primary meetings and discussions.
• Make cold calls and participate in weekly "timeline-update" calls and strategy meetings.
• Provide information for the timely processing of franchise applications and prepare franchise documents.
• Offer management and franchisee feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage and schedule attendance for hospitality industry events.

Requirements

• Sales experience.
• Hotel experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work use.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Dependable, professional, consistent, and serious about tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Associate's degree or above in marketing or related field preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

The job operates in a professional office environment and on the road. Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and other customary office equipment. This role also involves travel including air and vehicle travel.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role with travel required. Extended with overnight and weekend travel are sometimes required.

Safety Requirements

Must be aware and conform to all safety requirements when in the facility, operating motor vehicles, or in the field performing duties for the company.
