About the role
The Franchise Onboarding Specialist will drive the initial and pre-opening phases of new Another Nine franchise locations. This role partners closely with franchise owners, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure each location opens on time, on brand, and fully prepared for operational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the franchise opening process after agreement signature through opening and early stabilization
- Cover timelines, milestones, training readiness, marketing plans, and opening execution during regular consultation calls with franchisees
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely setup of systems, technology, and operational tools
- Serve as the voice of the franchise owner, cultivating and fostering franchisee relationships; the first call for real-time guidance throughout
- Ensure each location meets the Another Nine brand, operational, and readiness standards prior to opening
- Coordinate and track all required training activities, materials, and resources for franchisees; identify risks and proactively mitigate them, and maintain accurate opening documentation, progress tracking, and reporting

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, franchising, hospitality, corporate retail, or similar multi-location customer-facing business
- Experience managing complex timelines and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams, at all levels
- Professional maturity and executive presence - remaining calm in stressful situations with influential stakeholders
- Ability to think proactively in spotting patterns, identifying problems, and driving to a solution in a fast-moving environment
- High agency and ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently while keeping stakeholders informed
- Comfort facilitating conversations, leading meetings, and guiding partners through complex processes
Qualifications
- Preferred: Direct franchise marketing experience, experience supporting or leading new location openings or operational rollouts, experience working within a franchise system or directly supporting franchise owners, familiarity with real estate, design, or construction processes related to retail or hospitality spaces, experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or external partners, comfort working with technology, operational tools, and collaboration platforms such as G Suite, Notion, Slack, CRM systems, project management software, and generative AI.

Schedule
This is a hybrid position with an expected 2-3 days at our HQ in Covington, KY
