Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of litigation experience
• Trial or arbitration experience (first or second chair preferred)
• Enjoys client-facing work and regular communication
• Comfortable driving cases forward, not just drafting motions in the background
• Strong customer service instincts
• Prefers a smaller firm environment with significant responsibility
