Franchise Compliance Auditor

About the role

SERVPRO seeks a Jr. Franchise Compliance Auditor II to support consistent, high-quality operations across our construction and restoration franchises. In this role, you will perform scheduled and spot audits of franchise locations, reviewing job files, safety practices, documentation, and adherence to SERVPRO brand and operational standards. You’ll analyze findings, prepare clear audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on remediation. Collaborating with franchise owners and corporate teams, you’ll help improve processes, support training needs, and strengthen service quality and compliance across the network.
