Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong consultative relationships with franchisees and serve as a trusted operational advisor.
  • Conduct in-depth restaurant operational reviews, identify opportunities, and create action plans to improve performance.
  • Drive compliance with Dunkin’ brand standards, food safety, training, and operational execution.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support to franchisees, operators, and managers to improve day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze sales, profitability, guest metrics, labor, and operational KPIs to guide business improvement decisions.
  • Lead Franchise Business Reviews and annual business planning processes.
  • Partner with franchisees to prepare for new unit openings, remodels, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Support emerging markets by increasing operational readiness, strengthening franchise capability, and improving growth momentum.
  • Evaluate competitive activity, market dynamics, and development opportunities to help franchisees maximize market share.
  • Collaborate with development, training, construction, and marketing teams to support franchisee success.
  • Monitor the execution of local and regional marketing initiatives and operational rollouts.
  • Conduct frequent restaurant visits and provide follow-up accountability on improvement plans.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience.
  • Experience managing multiple locations at the district, area, regional, or franchise support level.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financial performance, operations, food safety, and labor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence franchisees and operators without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting new restaurant openings, remodels, or market expansion initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent restaurant leadership experience considered.
  • Able to travel 75-80%.
