About the role
The Franchise Business Coach serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for franchisees, providing strategic guidance, performance coaching, and operational support to drive business success. This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships, delivering ongoing training, and supporting franchisees in executing business plans, meeting sales goals, and maintaining compliance with brand standards. Through collaborative communication, data-driven insights, and hands-on support, the Franchise Business Coach empowers franchisees to maximize their potential and achieve sustained growth within the system.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for franchisees, ensuring timely, effective communication. Connect them with internal resources and promote alignment through tools like ZeeNotes and internal platforms.
- Provide individual support through regular coaching meetings, both virtual and onsite. Lead training sessions to build franchisee skills and drive accountability.
- Support annual planning, strategic goal setting, and performance tracking. Assist with financial analysis and recommend operational improvements for long-term success.
- Coach franchisees on the Gametime Sales process and help drive KPI performance. Encourage lead generation strategies and support progress toward sales goals.
- Ensure franchisees follow brand standards and utilize system tools effectively. Provide coaching, training, and troubleshooting to support operational consistency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- GED or high school diploma required.
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of industry experience in any of the following: Roofing, Glass Installation, Spray Foam, HVAC, Painting, Lighting, Window Coverings.
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of sales experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, with an outgoing personality.
- Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team settings, with a positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, "start-up" like environment.

Pay
Starting salary: $65,000 annually (based on experience).
