Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial accounts, from onboarding to renewal
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with producers to support transportation book with some additional general accounts as needed
- Handle a mix of small-medium accounts
- Utilize EPIC for account management and documentation
- Deliver responsive, high-touch service and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial lines experience preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Experience in the greater Norfolk area market
- Proficiency in EPIC
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
