Scope
The Franchise Account Manager is responsible for owning and managing key franchise relationships across all levels while driving execution of programs for sustained account growth.

Principal Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise partners at the group, and individual club levels.
- Ensure regular and proactive communication across all stakeholder levels within the franchise network.
- Lead the execution of key business initiatives and merchandising programs across all levels of the franchise.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and franchise stakeholders to ensure on-time, successful rollouts.
- Provide training, tools, and follow-up support to ensure program compliance and success.
- Monitor and manage pricing strategies across accounts to ensure alignment with margin goals and contractual terms.
- Identify discrepancies or margin risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Oversee execution of account-specific marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars.
- Liaise with accounts payable to ensure timely billing, co-op usage, and promo fund reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and inventory planning in coordination with internal purchasing and supply chain teams.
- Provide franchise partners with product availability updates, lead times, and order planning recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored solutions to increase account performance.
