Job Summary
The Franchise Finance Manager will enhance profitability for Krispy Kreme's franchise partners by improving visibility into sales, product mix, financials, and operational efficiency metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & Standardize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Determine required data inputs and sources (POS systems, manual entries, OCR tools)
- Collaborate with franchisees to streamline data collection processes
- Work cross-functionally with IT teams for API integrations and data automation
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards for actionable insights
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and strategies for improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years in business analytics, franchise operations, or a related role within quick-service restaurants, retail, or multi-unit businesses
- Experience working with franchisees or external partners on performance management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with data storage and integration platforms (Snowflake, APIs, ETL processes)
- Understanding of POS systems and financial reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and franchise partners
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions
