Framing Manager
About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art. Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in crafting memorable framing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements.
- Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
- Deliver high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Support with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training of new Team members; support with Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Management activities of your team; utilize leadership competencies for continued self-development.
- Partner with MOD’s daily on the expectations of framing and other framers.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for others.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs and ensure a safe environment.
- Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni channel processes.
Requirements
Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience is preferred. Retail management experience. Experience leading a sales team. Ability to move throughout the store, stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of standard office software.

Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $14.00 - $19.30
Schedule
Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.
