Framing Carpenter – Residential Construction

Key Responsibilities

- Perform framing work on residential construction projects - Read and interpret blueprints (required for lead-level responsibilities) - Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all phases of framing - Collaborate with team members and other trades on-site - Complete tasks on schedule while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

- Experience in residential construction and framing required - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship - Ability to read blueprints (required for lead carpenters) - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team - Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Environment

- Full-time, on-site position - Work on custom, high-end residential builds - Team-oriented, professional job sites

Pay

- $55,000 – $65,000 per year
