Framer Operator

About the role

Heliene is a fast-paced entrepreneurial company focused on renewable energy solutions. We manufacture high-efficiency solar modules in Canada, Minnesota, and other global locations. Our mission is to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and contribute to a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Take on training duties and back-fill open positions
• Run Autobus and Framer equipment to ensure continuous 24/7 production
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines
• Perform quality and testing procedures at every stage of the production line
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Train junior operators
• Learn multiple areas on the floor to be a relief as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training provided
• Technical capabilities and manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of troubleshooting
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training provided

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $22.50 - $23.50/hr
• Night Shift premium: $1 per hour
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision (100% employer paid for employees and 50% co-pay for spouse/dependents), life insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans

Pay

$22.50 - $23.50/hr

Schedule

Shift work, rotating 12-hour shifts, 4 days on/off
