About the role

Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is seeking Commercial Framers experienced with metal prefabricated studs to construct modular commercial structures.

Responsibilities

• Frame walls, ceilings, and structures using metal prefab studs
• Assemble commercial modular units and building shells
• Read and follow framing blueprints and layouts
• Ensure structural accuracy and quality standards
• Work closely with plumbing and electrical teams

Requirements

• Experience with metal stud framing preferred
• Commercial or modular construction experience a plus
• Blueprint reading skills
• Physical ability to work in a production environment

Pay

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift (Night): $20.00/hour (total)

Schedule

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
