Frame Shop Manager

Hobby Lobby is an exciting, ever-changing, growing upscale chain offering art and craft supplies, home accents, seasonal merchandise, fabric, floral departments, and custom framing services. We are seeking an organized, customer service-oriented individual with leadership experience to join our team as a Frame Shop Manager.

About the role

This is an hourly store management position. The Frame Shop Manager oversees framers, ensures the department is clean and well-stocked, and provides excellent customer service while meeting framing deadlines. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Supervise framers
• Schedule hours to stay on payroll budget
• Order supplies
• Ensure department is clean and well-stocked
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet all framing deadlines

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Merchandise display experience
• Basic computer skills
• Trustworthy and dependable
• Previous work references
• Previous management experience
• Experience with scheduling

Pay

Starting range for full-time: $20.15 - $21.15 per hour.
