Frame Shop Manager

About the role

The Frame Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the frame shop, ensuring all frames are accurately priced and displayed, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the frame shop to ensure accurate pricing and display of all frames.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles.

Pay
