About the role
The Frame Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the frame shop, ensuring all frames are accurately priced and displayed, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the frame shop to ensure accurate pricing and display of all frames.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles.

Pay
