Frame Shop Manager

Hobby Lobby is an exciting, ever-changing, growing upscale chain offering a full range of art and craft supplies, home accent items, seasonal merchandise, fabric, floral departments, and custom framing services. We are seeking an organized, customer service-oriented individual with leadership experience to join our team as a Frame Shop Manager.

About the role

This is an hourly store management position overseeing the frame shop department, which includes ready-made frames, open woods, custom framing, and related supplies. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Supervise framers and ensure framing deadlines are met
• Schedule hours to stay within payroll budget
• Order supplies and maintain inventory
• Keep the department clean and well-stocked
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage merchandise displays

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Merchandise display experience
• Basic computer skills
• Trustworthy and dependable
• Previous management experience
• Experience with scheduling
• Provide previous work references

Pay

Starting range for full-time: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
