About the role

Belle Aire Creations is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and performance, taking on new challenges, and being inspired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms to engage with customers and build brand loyalty
• Research and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute marketing materials
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with CRM systems

Qualifications

• Passion for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
