Fragrance Associate - Part Time

About the role

This hourly position focuses on driving sales and delivering a positive customer experience in the fragrance and beauty industry. The Fragrance Advisor builds client relationships, performs product demonstrations, and offers customized recommendations across multiple fragrance brands.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences by building genuine relationships with team members, vendors, customers, and the community.
• Build customer loyalty through excellent service, clienteling tools, and tailored product advice.
• Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize sales performance.
• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide a seamless omnichannel experience, including inventory and product details.
• Leverage training resources and feedback to continuously build product knowledge and expertise in fragrance trends.
• Encourage repeat client interactions as a trusted resource.
• Merchandise and replenish products, maintaining visual and hygiene standards aligned with vendor and company directives.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates and celebrating achievements.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to changing circumstances.
• Support selling and store operations, including omni and asset protection processes, while adhering to safety guidelines.

• Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based operating systems.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to move around all store areas, bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry at least 40 lbs.
