About the role

The Fractional Phenom 300 Second in Command (SIC) assists in all aspects of complex and dynamic aircraft operations. You will collaborate with fellow crew members to provide safe and efficient air transportation for our customers. We will rely on your innovation and imagination to help us meet our growing business demands while continuously redefining excellence through world-class service.

Requirements

• Four-year degree
• Actively instructing CFI for a minimum of 1500 fixed-wing total time, not including simulator time
• 50 Multi-engine hours
• No time in type required
• Able to obtain a First Class Medical Certificate
• Commercial Pilot License
• Valid U.S. Passport
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit
• Pass an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Qualified pilots will have a four-year degree, actively instructing CFI a minimum of 1500 fixed-wing total time, not including simulator time, AND 50 Multi-engine hours.
• Strongly prefer recent corporate flying experience.

Pay

• 401(k) match of $.50 on the dollar up to 10% of employee’s contribution with a 3-year vesting
• Monthly bonuses for flight time over 45 hours per month
• Voluntary off day bonus opportunities available, but never required
• Holiday flying bonus

Schedule

• 8 Days On/6 Days Off
• 7 Days On/7 Days Off (no off-day positioning)
