Fractional HR Consultant

Serve as the first point of contact for employee and leadership HR questions

Provide guidance on day to day HR operations and best practices

Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion

Advise leadership on HR policies, procedures, and compliance considerations

Assist with HR projects as they arise, based on organizational needs

Partner closely with the COO to align HR support with business priorities

Establish and maintain designated “office hours” or availability expectations

Ensure HR practices support a positive employee experience and operational consistency

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing end to end HR operations
• Strong working knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices
• Excellent communication and responsiveness across all employee levels
• Strong judgment, discretion, and problem solving skills
• Experience supporting organizations without internal HR infrastructure preferred
• Comfort working in a flexible, ebb and flow workload environment
• Healthcare or clinical environment experience is a plus
