- Establish, teach, and coach clients on a core set of key financial reports, turning data into strategic decision‑making tools.
- Design and track custom KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards that reveal the true operational health of each firm.
- Facilitate engaging group calls and live webinars, fielding questions on financial controls, reporting, and growth strategy.
- Hold clients accountable to their goals, coaching them through resistance, fear, and inertia that impede action.
Requirements
- Progressive accounting/finance experience with advancement to a Controller or comparable leadership role.
- Mastery of financial statements, cash flow, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts (e.g., P&L, cash‑flow forecasts) in plain English.

- High responsiveness and commitment to elite client service, with documentation and inquiry response within 24 hours (Mon‑Fri).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in entrepreneurial, rapid‑growth, or startup environments.
- Background supporting professional service firms (e.g., law firms) or family‑owned businesses.
- Familiarity with, and application of, the principles from The E‑Myth Revisited.
Benefits
- Impact a diverse portfolio of up to 45 entrepreneurial businesses rather than a single company.
- Collaborate with a world‑class team of Fractional Management Advisors across CEO, COO, and CFO functions.
- Remote‑first work environment with structured training, knowledge base, and flexibility to support success.
