Responsibilities

• Advises leadership on financial modeling, budgeting, and long-term sustainability planning.
• Supports revenue diversification initiatives, profitability strategies, capital allocation, and financial discipline.
• Assists with investor strategy, fundraising efforts, and financial storytelling to potential stakeholders.
• Introduces prospective investors and strategic financial partners who can support future growth.
• Provides oversight on financial controls, reporting standards, and risk management practices.
• Participates in advisory meetings, strategic planning sessions, and helps leadership remain accountable to key financial performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience as a CFO, senior finance executive, investor, or private equity or venture capital professional.
• Background in sports organizations, startups, or growth-stage companies preferred.
• Strong financial strategy capabilities and a network within finance and investment communities.
• Passion for helping build sustainable, mission-driven organizations.
• Strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to advise founders or leadership teams.
