FP&A Systems and AI Manager

For a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking an FP&A Systems and AI Manager to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve workflows in Pigment for budgeting and forecasting
• Train finance partners to independently create models and dashboards in Pigment
• Actively build and maintain basic financial models in Pigment
• Manage the health of Pigment's data pipelines and integrations with external systems
• Promote and leverage AI capabilities within Pigment to enhance financial processes
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Pigment users in Finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system and process improvements

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Pigment, covering model architecture and workflow design
• 3-5 years implementing Pigment or similar EPM/FP&A tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Planning
• Proven experience with data integrations between EPM platforms and systems like NetSuite or Salesforce
• Knowledge of SQL and a strong understanding of data flows and governance in finance systems
• Excellent communicator skilled in training non-technical users on model and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and accuracy across systems
• Interest in AI and automation tools applied to financial workflows

Pay

$130,400 – $180,000 annually
