About the role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Influence outcomes across departments and maintain strong partner relationships
- Develop financial models to address ambiguous business challenges
- Enhance financial processes and policies with minimal supervision
- Translate data analysis into understandable insights and actionable proposals
- Manage large projects to improve data-driven decisions and operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with CFO, CFO staff, and functional VPs to influence decision-making
- Mentor junior team members in financial modeling and analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of finance experience, ideally in an enterprise SaaS model
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field; CFA/CPA certification is advantageous
- Expertise as a finance business partner, particularly with engineering or product management teams
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, capable of building models from scratch
- Proven ability to distill complex financial data into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Familiarity and willingness to use the company software
- Senior-level FP&A analyst qualifications are preferred
