FP&A Manager

About the role

This manager will play a key role in shaping corporate strategy, decision making, development, and finance management. They report to the COO, and will lead the cross-functional analyses, refine strategy, and strengthen company competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine corporate strategy
• Maintain, improve, and interpret power market and financial models
• Lead and coordinate cross functional work streams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, econ, engineering, energy systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 4-7 years experience in renewable energy, power markets, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, energy finance
• Strong understanding of U.S. competitive power markets, energy tech, industry economics
• Advanced financial and market modeling capabilities in Excel
• Demonstrated use of Python, Tableau, SQL
• Exceptional communication skills
• Power market fundamental experience
• Corporate strategy support experience
