FP&A Manager

Beacon Hill Financial is working with a CPG company in Secaucus, NJ to bring an FP&A Manager to their team. This individual will provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership through financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze financial and operational results, including revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, investments, working capital, and other key performance metrics.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports, dashboards, graphs, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor and analyze budget-to-actual performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends that impact financial results.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate operational performance and support financial planning activities.
• Coordinate the completion of financial review templates, reporting packages, and planning deliverables across departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
