FP&A Lead

About the Role

Join a leading global real estate and facilities services organization as a Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A) in Southfield, MI. Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain financial records, and support accurate client financial reporting packages.
• Analyze financial results, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and variances while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operational leaders and management teams to explain financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, reporting processes, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• Experience with FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and accrual/cash-basis accounting.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate financial insights effectively.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships, present to stakeholders, and explain complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.

Pay

The expected range for this role is $100,000-$135,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
