FP&A Analyst – Stamford, CT

We are seeking a dynamic and creative FP&A Analyst to join our team in Stamford, CT. You’ll enjoy autonomy while collaborating with over 1,400 global teammates to help clients optimize their digital infrastructure.

About the role

This position supports financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting, partnering closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to provide insights that drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs
• Assist with management decks and executive-level reporting
• Maintain and improve financial models for revenue, expenses, and headcount
• Partner with business leaders to understand drivers and assumptions
• Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and spreadsheets

Requirements

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Commuting 4 days per week to our corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT

Skills

• Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with financial systems (NetSuite a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership, lead review meetings, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in FP&A
