Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join our Central Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for our General & Administrative Support Functions. You will work closely with senior leadership, including General Managers, Operations Managers and other key stakeholders, to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for various G&A teams (Finance, Legal, Human Resources, etc.), ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with operations teams to develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining critical capabilities and support.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights on budget variances, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Preferred 4+ years of experience in the following:
- Accounting and knowledge of US GAAP standards
- Financial acumen
- Data analysis/modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Additional Information
The compensation range for this role is $78,400 - $122,500. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
