FP&A Analyst - Revenue

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department's efforts to drive revenue growth and optimize financial performance. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial models, and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling techniques
• Experience with financial modeling software such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

• $85,000 - $95,000 annually
