Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, employee responsibilities and customer interactions
- Aid bartenders
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints gracefully
- Communicate between front of house and back of house staff
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
- Cover closing duties as needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Navigate stairs
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume fine dining or country club supervisory experience
- Bartending experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, willing to assist in all front of house roles
- Experience with POS systems (Silverware POS preferred but not required)
