Fox Club Shift Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, employee responsibilities and customer interactions
• Aid bartenders
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints gracefully
• Communicate between front of house and back of house staff
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
• Cover closing duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Navigate stairs
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume fine dining or country club supervisory experience
• Bartending experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, willing to assist in all front of house roles
• Experience with POS systems (Silverware POS preferred but not required)
