About the Role

The Fountain Worker will set the stage for the guest experience with a welcoming smile and exceptional service, providing the highest quality of Food and Beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and payments utilizing company POS system.
  • Stock products as needed.
  • Package orders as per guest's preference with essential condiments.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area.
  • Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
  • Work varying shifts including mornings, swing, and graveyard shifts.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

  • At least six months of high-volume counter or fast food experience in a similar or related field.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Position-required licenses: Food Handler Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Non-Gaming Card.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a similar position within a hospitality establishment.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Physical Demands

  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
  • Prolonged sitting and standing.
  • Bending and reaching.
  • Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Eye/hand coordination.
  • Ability to comply with policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS), and other instructions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Everyone is an Ambassador – Treat the property like your own home. Ensure no one gets hurt, everyone feels secure, the environment is clean, and every guest gets what they need.
  • Everyone works in Safety – Address safety concerns by correcting them or notifying the appropriate department or individual.
  • Everyone works in Security – If you see something, say something. Notify the appropriate department or individual if you observe a security concern.
  • Everyone works in EVS – Pick up trash on the floor. For larger messes, notify the appropriate department or individual.
  • Everyone works in Guest Experience – Assist guests with a smile. If you cannot provide the needed assistance, notify the appropriate department or individual.
