About the role
The U.S. Government has a critical and growing need for secure, domestically sourced semiconductor technologies to support mission critical capabilities. Intel has been selected for the Secure Enclave program, delivering advanced, secure silicon through its leading 18A process node and packaging technologies. Intel's Government Technology Group is seeking an experienced Foundry Solutions Architect to drive customer engagement and business outcomes aligned with mission requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and Business Development to design tailored Intel Foundry solutions
- Support the full sales cycle from engagement through delivery
- Provide technical leadership in presentations, demonstrations, and solution design discussions
- Develop proposals, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and optimize designs
- Drive competitive positioning, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Deliver technical documentation, implementation roadmaps, and risk mitigation plans
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor design, foundry services, technical sales, solutions engineering, business development, or other customer-facing technical roles
- Experience of semiconductor manufacturing processes, design flows, and foundry business models
- Experience with advanced process nodes (7nm and below), including chiplets and advanced packaging
- Experience with EDA tools, PDKs, and modern design methodologies
