About the role

• Design and implement the core AI systems that automate complex hardware engineering workflows.
• Develop novel agents that interpret and manipulate design data, integrating them into production environments for enterprise customers.
• Build foundational infrastructure for world-changing industries from the ground up.
• Work at the cutting edge of AI, building agents that solve physical-world engineering challenges rather than just digital tasks.
• Influence the engineering culture, technical architecture, and long-term product roadmap of the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent context management and novel indexing approaches for hardware engineering agents.
• Build and post-train ML models capable of reasoning over complex geometric and engineering design data.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to ensure AI-powered workflows are reliable and trusted in production.

Requirements

• Holds a degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning with strong proficiency in LLM architectures and agent research.
• Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade ML systems using PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Exceptional programming skills with practical experience in search, information retrieval, or geometric data processing.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with hardware engineering and design data processing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills

• Expertise in LLM architectures and agent research.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
