About the role

As a founding member of the engineering team, you will bridge the gap between product development and real-world deployment. You will partner with early customers to integrate complex AI solutions into their existing workflows, building the scalable infrastructure and tooling required to move advanced machine learning models from prototype into production-grade environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom integrations that enable large organizations to leverage the core AI platform effectively.
• Build internal tools and shared libraries to automate the deployment and monitoring of complex technical implementations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to translate customer feedback into scalable, high-impact features for the platform.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a customer-facing engineering role, such as Forward Deployed, Solutions, or Founding Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack software development and experience managing cloud-based infrastructure at scale.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguous technical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data pipelines and machine learning model deployment.
