User Problems
Identify and validate user problems through research, data analysis, and direct user engagement.
Product Requirements and Metrics
Define product requirements and success metrics in close partnership with design and engineering teams.
Execution and Feedback
Drive execution from concept to launch and iterate based on user feedback.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and researchers to drive alignment and execution.
- Show strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience and Skills
- Strong product judgment with 3-5 years of experience owning B2C/prosumer products end-to-end.
- Comfort working without established PM processes and building structure that meaningfully improves outcomes.
- Deep understanding of AI-powered products, including model limitations, tradeoffs, and user trust implications.
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration.
- Bonus: Experience as an early or first PM at a startup, experience working closely with ML or research teams.

Compensation Range
