Responsibilities
- Architect and build full-stack systems for hiring and intake using Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase, moving from initial concept to production in days.
- Develop intelligent data pipelines and agentic scheduling features that optimize complex, geographically-dispersed operations for home care agencies.
- Collaborate directly with customers on-site to design and deploy custom solutions, ensuring the product deeply addresses the needs of agency owners.
Requirements
- Scrubby full-stack builder with "codebase design" skills who can ship fast using tools like Claude Code while maintaining high-quality patterns.
- Prolific developer who has previously built and launched software for real users, ideally with experience as a founder or at an early-stage startup.
- Mission-driven engineer with design taste and a commitment to solving the operational complexities of the home care industry through user-obsessed product development.
