About the role
This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $150,000–$220,000 based on level in addition to equity & benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire product design process: user journeys, interaction design, and visual language.
- Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products.
- Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI.
- Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week).
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years designing products.
- Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions.
- Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain design decisions.
- Bonus: experience in consumer/prosumer startups.
- Above all: drive, grit, and ownership.
