Founding Product Designer

About the role

As our Founding Product Designer, you will work directly with the Co-Founders of the company and have broad scope across both Product and UX design. You will work with our Product Engineers to set product direction together.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Co-Founders to define and drive the product vision.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers to translate product requirements into detailed designs.
• Conduct user research to understand user workflows and business logic, and identify key design challenges.
• Create high-fidelity designs for both B2B and B2C elements of the product, ensuring they meet demanding consumer standards.
• Push the boundaries of UI/UX design for a highly complex financial product, setting new standards in the industry.

Requirements

• Product Designer experience with a demonstrated portfolio.
• Experience designing web applications and understanding complex B2B workflows.
• Familiarity with Figma as a design tool.
• Experience building or contributing to a design system.
• Based in the United States and have experience using various financial products in the US.

• Base Salary: $120K - $175K
• Equity: 0.25% - 1.0%
