What You’ll Do
- Help build our platform to auto-generate mobile experiences.
- Own the iOS/React Native mobile experience for Helium customers.
- Leverage your expertise to launch new features, such as remote onboarding experiences, to help our customers automate mobile optimization.
- Contribute to improving SDK reliability, speed, and usability by working directly with customers to gather feedback and refine their experiences.
- Take ownership of documentation, release maintenance, CI/CD processes, testing, Google Play/Android billing, and other aspects of the mobile SDK lifecycle.
- Be prepared to wear multiple hats, including but not limited to those mentioned above.
What We’re Looking For
- Keen problem-solving skills: the ability to dissect complex problems into fundamental components and deliver practical solutions.
- A strong foundation in mobile engineering: extensive experience developing mobile apps on platforms like the App Store, proficiency with SDKs such as RevenueCat, Amplitude, Segment, Stripe, and Firebase.
- Experience with Apple In-App Purchases.
- End-to-end feature ownership: the capability to develop PRDs, quick specs, and thoroughly test features to ensure they meet requirements and function as intended.
- Customer obsession: a deep understanding of developer experiences, a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries, and leveraging feedback to enhance product quality.
- Nice to haves:
- Experience with mobile SDKs (release maintenance, documentation, etc.)
- Experience with Flutter and Android app development
- Experience with native modules/bridging logic
- Experience with open-source projects or non-mobile experiences
- Experience with mobile webview technologies
- Experience with mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, Statsig, etc.)
