About the role

Adella is building the AI-first marketing OS that agencies and brands will run their whole book on — a white-label execution team paired with an AI system that produces campaign strategy and live, client-ready reporting most tools can't approach. We're assembling a small group of exceptional operators to bring it to market.

Who we're after

Senior marketing and growth leaders — fractional CMOs, agency principals, and well-connected operators — who already have the trust of brands and agencies and want to put a genuinely differentiated capability in front of them. You bring the relationships and the judgment; we bring the platform and the delivery, under your name.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Adella to a handful of the agencies and brands who already trust you.
• You lead the relationship; we execute behind you and make you look excellent.
• Help shape how a category-defining product goes to market — early, with real influence.
