Founding Growth Lead
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info.
We need to parse the posting: Title: New Founding Growth Lead San Francisco or New York City. About Pallet paragraph. About The Opportunity paragraph. How You Will Make An Impact bullet list (looks like bullet points). Preferred Experience bullet list. Interview Process paragraph. Location paragraph. Compensation paragraph. Our Benefits bullet list. Workplace Policy paragraph (maybe not needed). Equal Opportunity etc removed. Also we need sections: About the role (maybe combine About Pallet and About The Opportunity?). Responsibilities (How You Will Make An Impact). Requirements (Preferred Experience). Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? Could combine. Skills maybe not explicit. Benefits (Our Benefits). Pay (Compensation). Schedule (maybe location includes schedule? There's mention of 4-5 days a week in office. That's schedule. So we can put Schedule section with that info.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
About the role
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started. Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems. As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy. Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.
Maybe also include About The Opportunity as part of About the role? Could separate but we need headings only when real content. Could have About the role (company overview) and Responsibilities (How You Will Make An Impact). Requirements (Preferred Experience). Benefits (Our Benefits). Pay (Compensation). Schedule (Location). Let's do that.
Responsibilities: list bullet points from "How You Will Make An Impact". Those are:
- Scale paid and digital programs that generate qualified enterprise pipeline
- Test and develop new channels, audiences, and campaigns
- Improve website conversion, landing pages, messaging, and tracking
- Own email, nurture, segmentation, and marketing automation
- Measure performance across channels, pipeline, and revenue
- Build ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts
- Distribute content across paid, owned, SEO, and AEO channels
- Manage agencies, contractors, and specialized partners
- Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and accelerate pipeline
We'll put in - .
Requirements: Preferred Experience bullet list:
- 3-7 years of growth, digital, demand generation, or ABM experience
- Experience marketing enterprise technology with a sales-led buying process
- Experience across several channels, including paid digital, email, website, and content
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, attribution, CRM reporting, and website tracking
- Understanding of MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue conversion
- Depth in at least one channel and the ability to learn adjacent channels quickly
- Evidence of fast career progression and strong learning ability
- Experience at a rapidly growing startup or a top-tier university background
We'll put in
- .
Benefits: list from "Our Benefits". Items:
- Health, Vision, and Dental benefits
- Take-what-you-need Paid Vacation
- Life Insurance and Accidental Insurance
- Short-Term Disability Coverage
- Generous salary and equity for all staff
- 401k option; helping you save for the future

- Remote office home stipend to get you comfy in your space
- Daily catered lunches provided

- Annual Company Offsites; our last one was in Palm Springs CA
We'll put in
- .
Pay: Compensation paragraph: "The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-$200,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location."
We'll put in
.
Schedule: Location paragraph: "Location 4-5 days a week in Fidi San Francisco or Soho New York City". Also maybe mention in-person expectation. We'll put in
.
We should not include Interview Process etc? It's substantive but not under defined headings; could be omitted? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could include Interview Process as a section? Not in list of allowed headings; allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add extra headings. We could fold interview process into maybe Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Better to omit it as it's not required to keep all info? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep all substantive info. But we cannot create headings outside allowed list. However we could embed that info under existing sections, maybe under About the role or Responsibilities? But that would misrepresent. The instruction says "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It might be okay to add other headings if needed, but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those headings and embed other info within them. However "Preserve ALL substantive information" means we cannot drop interview process. We could add a section like "Interview Process" but that is not in the list; risk of violating instruction. The instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can add Interview Process as a section but keep few sections. However we already have many sections. Adding another would increase count. Could we incorporate interview process into Responsibilities? Not really. Could incorporate into About the role? Not ideal.
Maybe we can add a section "Interview Process" as . It's substantive. The instruction didn't forbid. It just gave examples. I'd include it to preserve info.
Similarly "Workplace Policy" maybe not needed.
We'll include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Interview Process.
We must not include Qualifications, Skills if not present. We'll omit.
Now produce HTML.

As the Founding Growth Lead, you’ll help build the systems and programs that turn market awareness into qualified enterprise pipeline. You’ll work across paid acquisition, email, website conversion, content distribution, ABM, SEO, AEO, and emerging channels—figuring out where to invest, what to test, and how to scale what works. This is not a role where you’ll inherit a mature playbook and optimize around the edges. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Pallet approaches demand generation: testing new channels, building repeatable programs, and developing the infrastructure we need to understand what is actually driving pipeline and revenue. We don’t expect you to be the deepest technical expert in every channel. We do expect you to understand how the pieces fit together, develop strong opinions about what works, go deep when necessary, and bring in specialized partners when they can help us move faster. You’ll also help build the operating foundation behind our growth engine—from attribution and automation to lead routing, segmentation, website tracking, and funnel reporting. The goal is simple: understand where growth comes from, double down on what works, and build a demand engine that can scale with the company.
That covers About The Opportunity.
