We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About the Opportunity"? The posting includes "About Pallet" (company description) then "About the Opportunity". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - About Pallet (company description) - About the Opportunity (role description) - How you will make an impact (list of responsibilities) - Preferred experience (qualifications/requirements) - Interview Process (process details) - Location (office requirement) - Compensation (salary range) - Our Benefits (list) - Workplace Policy (in-person) - Equal Opportunity (boilerplate to remove) - Candidate Privacy Notice (boilerplate) - Accommodations (boilerplate? maybe keep? It's legal but maybe considered boilerplate; but it's about accommodations for disability. Might be considered EEO/legal; instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Accommodations is related to ADA, likely considered legal boilerplate; we should remove. We need to keep substantive info: company description, role description, responsibilities, qualifications, interview process, location, compensation, benefits, workplace policy. We should not include duplicated lines. We need to use

for section headings. Which headings? Could be: About the Company, About the Opportunity, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Interview Process, Location, Compensation, Benefits, Workplace Policy. But we need to follow the examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we can adapt headings to match content. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples but we can use others if appropriate? Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. But we have sections like "About Pallet" (company) maybe not needed; could be part of About the role? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). It doesn't forbid having an "About the Company" heading. However the examples list "About the role". Might be better to use "About the role" for the role description (About the Opportunity). For company description maybe we can incorporate into About the role or drop? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop company description. So we need a heading for it. Could use "About the Company". Not in examples but likely acceptable. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." implies those are examples, not an exhaustive list. So we can use other headings as needed. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
      • . For qualifications list, also
        • . For benefits list, also
          • . For interview process steps maybe also list. We need to use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate: Equal Opportunity, Candidate Privacy Notice, Accommodations. Also remove duplicated lines. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Compensation (salary range) and Benefits. So we can include Compensation and Benefits sections. Schedule? Not mentioned; we have Workplace Policy (in-person) but not schedule specifics. So we should not create a Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The compensation includes "estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-$200,000, depending on experience and skill set." That's specific, okay. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Company description (About Pallet): "Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We've raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we've achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started. Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems. As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we're positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy. Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology." Opportunity description (About the Opportunity): "Pallet has proven that some of the world's largest logistics companies will buy and deploy our technology. Now we're building the marketing engine that will help us reach the next hundred. As the Founding Growth Lead, you'll help build the systems and programs that turn market awareness into qualified enterprise pipeline. You'll work across paid acquisition, email, website conversion, content distribution, ABM, SEO, AEO, and emerging channels—figuring out where to invest, what to test, and how to scale what works. This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature playbook and optimize around the edges. You'll have the opportunity to shape how Pallet approaches demand generation: testing new channels, building repeatable programs, and developing the infrastructure we need to understand what is actually driving pipeline and revenue. We don't expect you to be the deepest technical expert in every channel. We do expect you to understand how the pieces fit together, develop strong opinions about what works, go deep when necessary, and bring in specialized partners when they can help us move faster. You'll also help build the operating foundation behind our growth engine—from attribution and automation to lead routing, segmentation, website tracking, and funnel reporting. The goal is simple: understand where growth comes from, double down on what works, and build a demand engine that can scale with the company." How you will make an impact (responsibilities): - Scale paid and digital programs that generate qualified enterprise pipeline - Test and develop new channels, audiences, and campaigns - Improve website conversion, landing pages, messaging, and tracking - Own email, nurture, segmentation, and marketing automation - Measure performance across channels, pipeline, and revenue - Build ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts - Distribute content across paid, owned, SEO, and AEO channels - Manage agencies, contractors, and specialized partners - Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and accelerate pipeline Preferred experience (qualifications): - 3-7 years of growth, digital, demand generation, or ABM experience - Experience marketing enterprise technology with a sales-led buying process - Experience across several channels, including paid digital, email, website, and content - Working knowledge of marketing automation, attribution, CRM reporting, and website tracking - Understanding of MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue conversion - Depth in at least one channel and the ability to learn adjacent channels quickly - Evidence of fast career progression and strong learning ability - Experience at a rapidly growing startup or a top-tier university background Interview Process: - Chat with Christy - Founding GTM Recruiter - 30 mins - Chat with Jason Feng - 30-45 mins - Proficiency Assessment - Account Prioritization Case Study - Final Interview - ~3 hours - Brief Background Check and Reference Check - We move fast, and we'll keep you informed at every stage of the process. Location: "4-5 days a week in Fidi San Francisco or Soho New York City" Compensation: "The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-$200,000, depending on experience and skill set. Benefits list: - Health, Vision, and Dental benefits - Take-what-you-need Paid Vacation - Life Insurance and Accidental Insurance - Short-Term Disability Coverage - Generous salary and equity for all staff - 401k option; helping you save for the future - Paid parental leave to support growing families - Yearly learning and development stipend - Commuter benefits for Bay Area employees - Uber ride stipend if you ever have to work late in the office - Remote office home stipend to get you comfy in your space - Daily catered lunches provided - Onboarding trip to San Francisco HQ if you work remotely - Monthly happy hours - Annual Company Offsites; our last one was in Palm Springs CA Workplace Policy: "We are an in-person company. Our offices in San Francisco, New York City and London are where ideas get built, decisions get made, and the team gets stronger. We have invested in making them genuinely great places to spend your day, with catered lunches, monthly happy hours, and people who care about the work and each other. Most of our team works in office five days a week. For select roles, we hire remotely across the U.S. Remote employees come to one of our offices for their first week to onboard and meet the team, and we cover the full trip. Every role is different. Travel expectations are always shared upfront in the job description and confirmed in your first call with us." We should not include Equal Opportunity etc. Now produce HTML with

            headings and appropriate

            or

            • . We need to decide which sections to include. Likely:

              About the Company

              About the Role

              ...

We should not include Schedule or Pay sections separately; compensation covers pay. We need to ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's verify we didn't miss
