Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and grow the customer base by driving new revenue as a founding Account Executive and helping lay the foundation for the sales organization.
- Generate a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email) and by converting existing free users into paying customers.
- Led the full sales cycle from discovery to close, identifying key stakeholders, understanding customer challenges, and securing business buy-in.
- Manage proof-of-concept (POC) and procurement processes, collaborating closely with solution architects on scoping, pricing, security, and approvals.
- Drive customer expansion by increasing product adoption within existing accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS or AI-native sales experience
- Proven success selling to Fortune 1000 customers
- Experience at a Series A or B startup with strong outbound skills
- Understanding of the modern data stack and full-cycle deal ownership
- Willingness to work 3 days a week from the Sunnyvale office (visa sponsorship not available)
