About the role

Midnight Labs builds AI-powered digital rights and brand protection technology. Our products include Midnight AI for enterprise organizations and Ceartas for creators, agencies, and individuals. This role involves building the enterprise sales engine at Midnight Labs, focusing on entertainment, gaming, sports, and media.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise sales from prospecting to close
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across entertainment, gaming, sports, and adjacent IP-heavy verticals
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy
  • Work with leadership to define market priorities, develop messaging, and establish the enterprise sales motion
  • Create pitch decks, discovery frameworks, demo flows, and sales playbooks that can be scaled
  • Closely with leadership to shape the product and commercial strategy

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • You've closed mid-market to enterprise deals and understand the complexity of selling to organisations with legal, security, and procurement requirements
  • SaaS is ideal but not required
  • Self-directed and resourceful
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity, don't need hand-holding, and can move forward with incomplete information
  • You source opportunities, build conviction, and learn quickly
  • Ability to sell complex products
  • Natural relationship builder
  • You understand that enterprise deals are won through trust and relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Qualifications

  • You have existing relationships in entertainment, gaming, sports, media, or the creator economy
  • You've sold to production companies, streaming platforms, talent agencies, or sports organisations
  • You understand IP protection, digital rights, content security, or anti-piracy challenges
  • You've been a founding sales hire before and successfully built a repeatable process

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in B2B sales and understanding of enterprise software
